Looking to Tone Up My Abdominals
I have spent the last year and a half working to lose some weight, when I started out I was probably around 185 pounds and the ideal weight for a person my height is around a hundred and fifty pounds. I have gotten quite close to that weight and now I want to finish it off, by getting a nice toned body. I have been trying to find the best exercise to lose belly fat. I have gotten close to the weight that I want to be, but if I pinch the belly area there is a great deal of flab there. I would like to figure out how to get rid of that, but obviously I am not really looking to go over the top with it. It’s obvious that you need to be able to burn that fat off, but I am not ready to do one of those Insanity type routines. That just looks like a way to get your heart to fail on you, and beside I probably still do have the conditioning for that sort of intense work out. I am not really interested in losing weight so much as maintaining the weight that I have obtained. So I want to do enough to burn off what I need to burn off. I really would like to go to the beach and feel good about taking off my shirt. You are going to be down there a good deal if you live here, it is just a short drive to the beach from my house and my friends all like to hang out at this one beach where they have a little cafe. We play beach sports and of course everyone is dressed for the beach. It is not great to be there if you are really flabby.
